The investment seeks to track the performance of a broad-based equity index of foreign companies primarily in developed countries and, to a lesser extent, in emerging markets.
The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities listed in the MSCI All Country World Excluding U.S. Index (the "Index"), or American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) representing such securities. It is an index fund and differs from an actively-managed fund. The fund uses "sampling" methodology to track the total return performance of the index.
